Storage Policies

Minimum Lease Term

All new rentals require a minimum 2-month lease (new contracts only).
Two (2) months’ rent is due upfront at the time of signing.

What You’ll Need to Rent

To complete your rental, you must:

  • Provide valid Photo ID
  • Sign the Storage Contract and required Addendum

Monthly Payment Schedule

Rent is month-to-month and paid in advance.

  • Payments are due on your anniversary date each month
  • Each payment covers the upcoming month of storage

Example: If your rental start date is September 1, your initial payment covers September + October. Your next payment will be due November 1, and then monthly on your anniversary date going forward.
